    Getting to know you

    We'll first speak on the phone to answer any questions you might have and to understand some of your goals, likes, and dislikes when it comes to exercise.

    Your first session

    Your first session costs just £20 which is deducted from your fees if you sign up for a block of sessions.
    In this 30 minute workout we'll look at some light mobility and movement patterns, run through a short exercise circuit, and a few simple physical tests to give us a baseline to work with.
    You'll get the chance ask lots of questions and try gym equipment, some of which may be new to you, in a safe environment.

    your personal training schedule

    After this, training with me can be as frequent or infrequent as you like but most people take advantage of 1 or 2 sessions of personal training per week to fit around work and family commitments.
