My commitment to you is to create a personalised training roadmap which fits with your lifestyle, to keep you accountable, and most of all make sure the gym is a fun experience. In our sessions, you should expect to feel challenged in the pursuit of your goals whilst recognising that you need to tackle whatever real life and your day has in store afterwards.
Our workouts will energise and empower you for the rest of your day and get you on track for your goals - whether it’s weight loss, fitness, muscle gain, or simply boosting confidence and self-esteem.
tHE STUDIO
I run training sessions from my well equipped home studio near Malmesbury in Wiltshire. The small private studio is equipped to deal with all kinds of training, and has plenty of driveway parking. I provide exlusively 1:1 training so you'll never have to share the gym.
Equipment includes:
Smith machine, squat rack, and dual cable system.
Wide range of cable accessories and attachments.
Olympic bar, safety squat bar, and hex deadlift bar
Full set of dumbells up to 25KG
Lots of bumper plates and olympic plates
TRX system
Battle ropes
Assault Bike

Big garden for functional training, weather permitting

SUPPORTING YOU OUTSIDE THE GYM
Training together in the gym is just one part of transforming your health — real, lasting change also happens in the kitchen and in the choices you make day to day. The exercise you do between our sessions, how you fuel your body, and the habits you build all play a huge role in your progress.
My support doesn’t end when you walk out the door. I’ll be there to guide you with practical nutrition advice, help you stay motivated with your own workouts, and keep you accountable along the way. Whether you need a quick check-in, a little encouragement, or a full plan refresh, I’m only ever a message or call away.
pre and post natal training
If you're interested in training whilst pregnant or have just welcomed a newborn, I can help! As a certified ante-natal and post-natal personal trainer I specialise in training and supporting individuals during these phases.
Many are unaware that having a personal trainer during pregnancy and the often-overlooked postnatal period is possible and that if you are in generally good health with an uncomplicated pregnancy then engaging in regular physical activity can be safe.
I'm here to guide you through an exercise plan customised to your pre-natal or post-natal journey and help you make safe changes whilst establishing or maintaining a training routine.
